Job Overview:
The Independent End-Point Assessor for Teaching Assistant Level 3 will be responsible for conducting holistic assessments of apprentice knowledge, skills, and behaviour. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with employers and providers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct EPAs onsite or remotely on dates agreed with employers and/or providers.
* Ensure EPA activities are quality assured by Pearson representatives to maintain high standards.
* Work with qualified IQAs who meet the occupational profile of the apprentices they assess.
* Collaborate with Pearson to develop and implement assessment plans and materials.

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the educational sector and the role covered by the apprenticeship.
* Knowledge and understanding of the Teaching Assistant standard at Level 3.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
* Experience of working with employers and providers in the educational sector is desirable.
* A current DBS check is necessary for this role.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
