About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Education Specialist to join our team at Best Practice Network. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years and or Schools sector, which they will share with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards. This will involve:

  • Delivering workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
  • Supporting English and Maths training, ensuring successful completion in collaboration with FS specialists.

In addition, you will conduct remote webinars for apprentices, record and report on Additional Learning Support (ALS), and supply data on programs and learners, contributing to self-assessment monitoring.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
