Randstad Care Careers is proud to partner with Stockton-on-Tees' Adolescent and Exploitation Team to recruit a dedicated and skilled Social Worker.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees, UK. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning interventions, and working collaboratively to protect and empower vulnerable adolescents at risk of exploitation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough assessments of adolescents at risk of exploitation to identify their needs, risks, and strengths.
* Develop and implement care plans to protect and support vulnerable adolescents.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and community organizations to coordinate and deliver effective interventions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, care plans, and interventions in line with legal and professional standards.

**Requirements:**

* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* Proven experience in working with vulnerable adolescents and tackling exploitation.
