We are seeking qualified Social Workers to join our Assessment Team, Children & Families Social Care Teams, Adolescents & Exploitation Team, and Throughcare Team. Our Children\u2019s Services is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our children and young people. As a Social Worker in our Assessment Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing short-term help and support to families. You will be responsible for assessing the risk and protective factors in the family and deciding on the most appropriate support.

In our Children & Families Social Care Teams, you will build longer-term relationships with children and their families. You will respond to, coordinate, and deliver social care services to children, young people, and their families who have a child in need plan or child protection plan.

As a Social Worker in our Adolescents & Exploitation Team, you will work with a multi-agency approach to ensure all partners are engaged in planning. You will use the CIN and CP frameworks to ensure that children are safe and create dynamic plans using the ETAC model.

In our Throughcare Team, you will support children and young people through their journey of care and into permanent arrangements for secure and loving homes. You will be skilled at listening to the voice of the child and working effectively with parents/carers and professionals from a range of agencies.

To be considered for interview, you will need to have a relevant social work qualification, be registered with Social Work England, and have passed your ASYE year.
