About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our Voice-based sales operation within our In-House teams. As a key member of our Consumer Sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of over 600 agents across our Voice and WebChat channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Stoke Centre of Excellence and the 600+ Consumer FTE based on site and work from home teams.
  • Represent the Senior Manager Consumer Sales, Head of Consumer Sales & Care, and wider Leadership team with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead all our recruitment and Academy activities to ensure we maintain our current standards while maintaining the budgeted position.
  • Develop the award-winning culture, driving engagement and establishing the department as the best place to work and an area where opportunities for talent progression are abundant.
  • Support the creation and management of the talent pipeline into the wider business, helping us deliver on our company REACH objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing large, multi-site geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience of operating in a Sales and Customer Centric focused environment.
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills to guide and influence both inside and outside of Vodafone.
  • Proven record of driving Commercial sales revenues strategies and adapting to different conditions, achieving significant business growth.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, make confident decisions, and lead change in an evolving environment.
