Sales Development Executive

Are you a driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Utility Rentals.
About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our customer base within the education sector. This will involve high-volume outbound sales activity, predominantly through calling, to introduce our compliant funding solution to prospective schools and school suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting prospective schools and school suppliers to introduce them to our funding solution
- Sourcing new opportunities that we can confidently help the school or supplier solve
- Developing lasting relationships with education sector customers and partner suppliers
- Identifying other opportunities within the school where our Asset Finance solution can be used to help enhance the school
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech business
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Experience using some form of CRM
- Experience of selling to/working with the education sector is beneficial but not essential
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven role
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Fast learner and able to quickly adapt to new IT systems
- Team-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude
