Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing repairs and improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and quality within the team
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of £43,000 - £43,700 per annum
  • £750 Christmas bonus paid annually
  • 4on/4off Days and Nights shift pattern, with paid changeover worth £800 per year
  • Overtime opportunities available, with potential to earn £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Generous benefits package, including 6 months full sick pay, car benefit scheme, and pension contributions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, with mechanical bias
  • Expereince in fast-paced manufacturing or heavy industry advantageous
  • Qualification to at least Level 2 as a Maintenance Engineer
