We are looking for a skilled nursing professional to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive rate that reflects the importance of this role in our organization.

Job Description:

The post holder will be responsible for managing and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. This will involve assessing care needs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of excellent care to patients.

The post holder will also have managerial responsibility for supervising and deploying staff, and will be required to maintain both clinical and staff governance within their area of responsibility.

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
