Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the needs and sentiments of our people through employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Developing and growing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) & DEI communities, providing guidance, structure, and resources.
  • Maintaining a consistent communication strategy that celebrates diversity and highlights our commitment to an inclusive workplace.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in employee engagement, DEI, and/or culture management roles, ideally within a mid- to large-sized organisation.
  • Experience of involvement in successful engagement or DEI programmes, managing employee listening tools and interpreting data for actionable insights.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000, based on your skills and experience.
