Key Responsibilities

The People Service Desk Administrator will provide exceptional first-line People support, acting as a point of contact for information and advice on People policies and procedures.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day-to-day People-related support to employees and managers, escalating to Service Desk Advisors where necessary.
  • Assist in the administration of employee lifecycle processes
  • Look to continuously improve People processes and service delivery, whilst getting involved with and supporting People projects and initiatives as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date employee records in the HR system and support system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and organise People-related events, training sessions, and meetings.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Previous relevant experience in an administrative role, HR knowledge beneficial
  • A strong level of proficiency with IT systems including MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and use initiative to find better ways of working
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
