Job Title: Band 5/6 ITU Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 5/6 ITU Nurse to join our team at Rollesby Ward, a 10-bedded female PICU in Norwich, covering both Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff in areas related to clinical care, treatment, therapy, and clinical risk assessment and management.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the clinical care team and relevant teams to utilize information and data to support the implementation and embedding of best practice.
  • Contribute to the development of process and systems to share learning from local and national research and National guidance.
Requirements:
  • RMN qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience at Band 5.
  • Ability to problem solve autonomously.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Understanding of issues surrounding confidentiality and medication management.
