The successful candidate will report to the Chief Risk Officer, providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Board and Executive Committee, and acting as the lead regulatory and governance expert for the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR.)

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing secretarial support to the Board and Executive Committee
  • Acting as the lead regulatory and governance expert for the SMCR
  • Implementing AI systems for board & committee meetings
  • Managing the firm's regulatory compliance

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with experience in the FCA and SMCR. They will also have managerial/ supervisory experience and be immediately available/short notice period. The firm is looking for someone who is happy to wear multiple hats and has a strong understanding of SMCR. They are currently operating on a hybrid working policy of 3 days a week in office (with Wednesday as an obligatory team day.)
