Job Description:

The Pratap Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Bureau Manager to join their team. This role involves managing the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll while maintaining financial accuracy, employee satisfaction, and compliance.

This is a newly created role due to growth/business demands within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new starters and leavers paperwork, dealing with all payroll queries, liaising with external third parties, and implementing new systems and processes.

The ideal candidate must have previous payroll experience and be computer literate with working knowledge of Excel. Additionally, they must have attention to detail/accuracy and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
