Social Workers at Frontier Consulting play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting individuals in the London Borough of Sutton. As an officer of the Local Authority, you will execute statutory functions to ensure the well-being of vulnerable individuals and promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with people, other professionals, and agencies to safeguard individuals, promote social change, and maximize independence.
- Apply professional curiosity and use social work theories and knowledge to formulate and test hypotheses, reaching a professional judgment and decision.
- Produce high-quality professional documentation relevant to your service area and prioritize your workload within defined timescales.
- Effectively balance the protection of individual rights against the need to use professional authority and accountability to safeguard vulnerable individuals.
Requirements
- Social work qualification and at least one year's post-qualifying experience in a social work role, meeting the requirements of the social work regulator.
- A current valid UK driving license and the use of a car for work, with valid insurance covering business use, where required.
