About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Manager to join our team at Elevate Projects Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our energy data and the delivery of value-for-money programmes of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Energy Manager to develop and implement strategies for upgrading our properties to an EPC C rating by 2030 and net-zero by 2050, in line with our Asset Management Strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely upload of incoming EPC and energy data to our database systems.
  • Analyze property energy data to identify opportunities for major improvement works and develop programmes for implementation.
  • Conduct Retrofit assessments and support the team as required, including Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure surveys.
  • Perform inspections to determine work requirements and ensure relevant reports and works orders are raised and completed in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
