The role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team based from our offices in Falmouth or Wallingford. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move from agency recruitment into an in-house role or who has previously had experience working in an internal recruitment role. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead (South) and working closely with the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering internal recruitment and recommending recruitment strategies.

In order to be successful, you will need great stakeholder engagement skills, your communication will be second to none and you will be forward thinking. A background in recruitment is a must for this role, ideally within a technical sector.
