About the Role

This senior position involves managing the monthly payroll processing for approximately 300 employees, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and being the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and administering company benefits, including private healthcare, life assurance, and pension schemes.

  • Manage and administer the monthly payroll processing for approximately 300 employees.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations impacting payroll and pensions.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Review and improve payroll and benefit processes to reduce employee queries.
  • Produce reports on payroll and benefits.
  • Administer annual salary reviews and bonus proposals.
  • Promote and manage all aspects of employee benefits, including childcare vouchers and season ticket loans.
  • Manage the company pension scheme, including opt-in/out requests and data uploads.

Candidates should have proven experience at this level, with confidence in managing the full payroll and benefits process.
