">We're looking for an experienced Field Support Supervisor to join our community service teams in Norwich area. As a Field Support Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a team of colleagues and providing person-centred support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
">Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. They should also be passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support and have excellent communication skills.

- Manage a team of colleagues to provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs">
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans to promote independence and well-being">
- Conduct care needs assessments, induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals">
- Complete medication competencies and medication audits, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings">
- Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services">
