Job Overview

A senior position has become available for a Business Development Director to lead business growth within a cluster of existing client accounts for a leading Print Management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing account strategies, providing strong leadership, and exceeding challenging growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-cycle sales role, requiring experience in all aspects of sales, including research, initial contact, fact-finding, presentation, close, and follow-up. The Business Development Director will have the full support of the company and must be self-reliant.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prescriptive solution selling experience, including developing account strategies and providing strong leadership.
  • Hands-on participation in strategic engagements.
  • Customer management solution sales experience with a proven record of regularly exceeding challenging growth targets.
  • Experience growing accounts with large project pursuits.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with technical and line of business executives.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor/team member.
  • Excellent executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
