Business Development Director

A senior position has become available for a Business Development Director to lead business growth within a cluster of existing client accounts for a leading Print Management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing account strategies, providing strong leadership, and exceeding challenging growth targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-cycle sales role, requiring experience in all aspects of sales, including research, initial contact, fact-finding, presentation, close, and follow-up. The Business Development Director will have the full support of the company and must be self-reliant.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Prescriptive solution selling experience, including developing account strategies and providing strong leadership.
- Hands-on participation in strategic engagements.
- Customer management solution sales experience with a proven record of regularly exceeding challenging growth targets.
- Experience growing accounts with large project pursuits.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with technical and line of business executives.
- Ability to lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor/team member.
- Excellent executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
