We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Altius Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting our services and products to potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present our services and work as a team to achieve our goal of being the number 1 Business broker in the UK
  • Ensure quality bookings are set up as appointments for our Associate Director team
  • Use persuasive language and active listening skills to present company services and products to potential clients to secure interest
  • Gather and document information about the customer and accurately record those conversations through our CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, colleagues, and the field sales team
  • Actively drive career progression and self-growth
  • Always act professionally and contribute/provide support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • The ability to negotiate and influence and work within a CRM system
  • Proven track record of organising and planning skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales
