Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee client insurance requirements, addressing inquiries, managing renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, and handling invoicing.
  • Client Consultation: Deliver expert guidance to clients, ensuring they receive suitable coverage options at competitive rates.
  • New Business Development: Manage inquiries for new business and renewals, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Insurer Collaboration: Liaise with insurance providers to negotiate terms and facilitate a seamless renewal experience.
