Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and participate in daily activities in the community, both indoors and outdoors, to promote independence and a fulfilling life.
  • Encourage learning and skill development through fun and engaging activities.
  • Provide support and assistance as needed, while promoting autonomy and self-advocacy.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, particularly those with ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
