About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our existing and under-development properties within our expanding property investment group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve excellent results and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Monitor and control site costs, resources, and schedules to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.
