Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education in Quidenham, Norwich. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing individualized care and assistance to ensure their academic and personal growth.

About the Role:
- Salary: £21,200 - £22,300 per annum
- Hourly rate: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week, term-time only (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with special educational needs and a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
