Care and Support Assistant

About the Job

This bank position requires you to work flexibly, supporting our nursing teams to deliver exceptional care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their daily needs, promoting independence and autonomy.

Key Duties

  1. Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as toileting, washing, and dressing.
  2. Help patients maintain their mobility and transfer safely.
  3. Prepare and serve meals, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
  4. Participate in regular handovers and meetings to ensure effective communication.
