Care Assistant Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to fill the role of Senior Care Support Worker Lead within our Extra Care team. As a leader in this position, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to colleagues while delivering high-quality personal care to our service users. You will be expected to maintain a strong focus on promoting independence and wellbeing among our clients.

Key Accountabilities
  1. To supervise and guide junior staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  2. To collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  3. To maintain accurate records of service user progress, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  4. To identify and address areas for improvement within the care delivery process.

Compensation Package: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
