As a Care Services Manager at Voluntary Service Aberdeen, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our residents. Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for allocating work to teams and individuals, supervising staff, and developing one's knowledge and practice continuously through participation in training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of care services

Requirements
  • SCQF Level 6 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Ability and willingness to complete SCQF Level 7 in Social Services & Healthcare + 15 academic credits in Supervision and/or Management at SCQF Level 7
