We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecare Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our vulnerable or elderly clients, utilizing technology solutions to enhance their lives.

Job Description:

This role involves assessing users for equipment within their home environment and installing / maintaining bespoke solutions, as well as holding awareness sessions on the equipment with various staff groups.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold a full driving license.
  • Should possess extensive knowledge in the Electrical or Telecare field.
  • Ability to move and handle items of equipment is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in accordance with Adult and Public Protection principles and procedures.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures, health and safety policies, and legislation.
  • Undertake equipment-specific training.
  • Complete Customer Service training.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for career advancement.
