Business Development Manager

Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join their team. This role involves onboarding new customers, managing their experience, and identifying opportunities to drive commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Building strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and engagement.
- Proactively managing customer portfolios using data and insights.
- Providing excellent day-to-day customer service and resolving any queries or complaints in a timely manner.
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Monitoring customer health and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Carrying out regular partnership reviews and monitoring product usage.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Keeping customers informed about product developments and providing training as needed.
- Achieving customer relationship targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in account management and/or customer success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
