We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care. As a Physiotherapist - IPU and Outpatients Specialist, you will be responsible for providing holistic physiotherapy assessments and treatment to patients with complex, life-limiting illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy programs and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy practice.
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration.
- Advanced communication skills or willingness to work towards.
- Experience in a wide range of core clinical areas, including Respiratory, Neurology, Medical, MSK, and Community.
- Awareness of National Service Frameworks and local and national initiatives relating to palliative care.
- Member of the Association for Palliative Care - Clinical Interest Group.
- Previous experience and knowledge of working within the field of palliative care.
