- Ensure that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve maximum levels of service and profitability.
- Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, guests, and objectives.
- Ensure that insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations are followed.
- Uphold and ensure the safeguarding of guest data, in line with the data protection act.

- Proven sales experience and reservations management desirable.
