  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Secure reservations in our Covent Garden restaurants with a focus on driving spend through established steps of service and achieving incremental sales.
    • Work with the reservations training mentor to deliver exceptional client service and ensure customers experience of speaking with reservations meets our high standards.
    • Manage last-minute and urgent booking requests efficiently.
  • Commercial Operations
    • Secure advantageous commercial conditions for the company.
    • Ensure all bookings are made promptly and accurately.
    • Continuously seek ways to enhance the booking process and client satisfaction.
  • Client Service and Relationship Building
    • Handle client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Work directly with the restaurants to ensure covers and sales are maximised and paced appropriately.
  • Process and Policy
    • Ensure that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve maximum levels of service and profitability.
    • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, guests, and objectives.
    • Ensure that insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations are followed.
    • Uphold and ensure the safeguarding of guest data, in line with the data protection act.
  • Contribution to Growth and Vision
    • Contribute to the growth and vision of the business.
    • Be involved in ad hoc project work.
    • Work flexible hours.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience and reservations management desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and urgent requests.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and related software is desirable.
