FM Conway is seeking a skilled Operator to join our team at our Recycling Yard in Heathrow. This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity to work as a 360 Operator on a night shift, Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-11:30pm.

The Role

As a 360 Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining incoming materials and those already on site. You will feed a crusher to produce high-quality recycled products, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feed raw material to a crusher, screener, or similar equipment
  • Manage incoming materials and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Load vehicles using a loading shovel where required
  • Monitor quality and production to achieve desired volumes
  • Perform daily maintenance and pre-start checks on all plant equipment
  • Operate mobile plant efficiently, safely, and environmentally friendly
  • Ensure site health and safety procedures are implemented and followed

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced operator who is comfortable working as part of a team and alone. The successful candidate will be required to supervise the yard effectively from a production, quality, and health & safety perspective. Good standards with regards to general housekeeping and a positive, interdependent attitude are required.
