**Job Summary**

Temp Station Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Driving Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in the transportation industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and cover letters to identify top talent

• Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs

• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards to attract top candidates

• Conduct sales calls to generate new business leads and expand existing client relationships

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our services

**Requirements**

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field

• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry and recruitment processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
