Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles, as well as managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Screening CVs and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Reading driver tour schedules and breaking down routes to brief drivers on their tours
- Account management to grow client relationships and increase revenue
- Inputting daily driver details and VRN onto customer databases
- Setting KPIs and daily planners to achieve business objectives
- Daily candidate specification activity and telephone check-ins with clients
- Placing adverts across job boards and making sales calls from lead generation
- Out-of-hours on-call support for client emergencies
- Service visits to existing clients to ensure high standards are met
- Referencing workers and maintaining candidate and client files
- Updating databases with candidate and client information
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
