Driving Recruitment Specialist

Temp Station Ltd is seeking an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Normanton. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing drivers with our clients.
About Temp Station LtdTemp Station Ltd was founded in 2012 by two senior managers from the transport and logistics sector of recruitment. With a clear vision and strategy in mind, we work openly, honestly, and with integrity to both our candidates and clients alike, providing transparency and openness in every aspect of the recruitment process.
Job Duties- Screening CVs and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews to identify suitable candidates for our clients.
- Reading driver tour schedules and breaking down routes to fully brief drivers on their tours.
- Account managing to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
- Inputting daily driver details and VRN onto our customers' database and updating if any changes occur.
- Setting KPIs and daily planners to ensure efficient use of time.
- Daily candidate specification activity and telephone check-ins with clients to ensure all candidates are onsite.
- Placing adverts across all accessible job boards to attract top talent.
- Sales calls from lead generation and drop-ins to identify new business opportunities.
- Out-of-hours on-call to deal with client emergencies, shared between two branches.
- Service visits to existing clients to ensure we are meeting their standards.
- Referencing all workers and ensuring candidate packs and client files are at audit standard.
- Updating the database with all candidate and client information.
