We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in Woking. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling engineers, and promoting the benefits of our maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule engineers to repair and service equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Resolve customer issues by gathering relevant information and providing solutions
- Actively promote the advantages of our maintenance agreements to customers, highlighting the benefits of regular maintenance
- Liaise with engineers to coordinate work schedules and provide administrative support
- Update customer records with accurate information, including equipment details and maintenance history
- Prepare and distribute maintenance contract proposals, following up with customers to secure signatures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Experience with scheduling and diary management, preferably in a maintenance or service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
