Job Title: Academic Administration Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a License Administration Officer on a part-time basis, with a focus on sales order creation and management of formal documents. The role is based in Woking, with the option to work from home two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize an ERP system to create sales orders and generate customer requests for sales transactions.
  • Manage all formal documents related to PO generation, including agreed prices, delivery dates, and payment terms.
  • Ensure accurate goods receipting, verifying quantities and double-checking with PO.
  • Manage invoice picking to ensure timely payments and update sales and purchase orders.
  • Confirm customer orders, verify stock availability, and create picking lists for multiple warehouses.
  • Update the system for stock tracker maintenance using tools.
  • Use Smartsheet updates to share real-time information and report to teams to improve work efficiency.
  • Familiarize yourself with customs clearance resolutions to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Key Skills:
  • Proven track record in operations, ideally licensing, with experience in end-to-end PO and sales order creation.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Smartsheet, with experience in systems such as SO creation, PO generation, goods receipting, and stock tracker maintenance.
  • Able to work independently and be self-sufficient.
