Job Description

This challenging and rewarding role involves ensuring customer voices are heard across product, marketing, and finance teams. You will be the conductor of the orchestra, driving growth and minimizing churn through proactive and solution-oriented strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with product, marketing, and finance teams to gather and act upon customer feedback.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to maximize growth and reduce customer attrition.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success and team members to drive customer success initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, enabling effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
