Creating a Nurturing Learning Environment
As a Year 5 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students by creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth. Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to students with Autism, assisting them in accessing the curriculum, and monitoring and recording their progress and behavior.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £29,000 per annum, with the potential to increase based on performance and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and access to ongoing training and support. The successful candidate will also be entitled to annual leave and other benefits as outlined in our employee handbook.
