Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team at ITT Inc. The successful candidate will have experience in large/multistage API pumps and will be responsible for inspecting, refurbishing, and repairing rotating pump machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and refurbish rotating pump machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Identify suitable machining or mechanical repair processes to meet project requirements
  • Assemble and fit mechanical components to manufacturing drawings
  • Prepare equipment for site installation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and meet project milestones

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in multistage/API pumps
  • Skilled Trade Certificate or HNC/HND in a relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read complex drawings and diagrams
  • Capable of following service repair procedures and using measuring instruments
