About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Lead to join our team at Tesco Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our distribution centers and stores across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled technicians to ensure the delivery of maintenance services
  • Collaborate with DC Management and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and relationship-building
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to improve productivity and performance
  • Manage contractor performance to ensure first-fix completion
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the team
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Technical qualification in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Building
  • Experience in a similar scale remote facilities or maintenance business
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make timely decisions
  • Financial competency and computer literacy
