Strategic Marketing Leader for LifeSearch

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team at LifeSearch, driving the development and execution of our brand strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue from key partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, positioning, and messaging that aligns with our brand purpose and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
- Manage and motivate a marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Brand management experience, building and managing a strong brand identity.
- Experience of working within financial services, ideally in protection.
- Experience in developing, running, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, projects, and campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, content management, and disciplines, and platforms/tools.
- Degree-level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent fields.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
