Job Description:As a Data Centre Portfolio Product Strategist at Sauce People Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the complete life-cycle of physical infrastructure products associated with data centres and IT infrastructure. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's global strategy, focusing on market analysis, product execution, and customer needs.
- Market Analysis and Product Roadmap: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the data centre and IT infrastructure space, developing a product roadmap that aligns with global strategy.
- Product Life-cycle Management: Oversee the life-cycle of data centre-related products from concept through to market delivery, ensuring quality and cost optimization.
- Financial Management: Manage budget allocations, optimize development and production costs, and create competitive pricing strategies for regional markets.
- Continuous Improvement: Use performance metrics and customer feedback to refine and improve product offerings.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track KPIs, such as revenue and market adoption rates, and report on product performance to stakeholders.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth for the EMEA region by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the data centre and IT infrastructure space.
- Gross Margin Maintenance: Ensure gross margin maintenance across product lines by optimizing production costs and creating competitive pricing strategies.
- Successful Product Launches: Successfully launch new products into the market, meeting customer needs and driving business growth.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Achieve ROI for new products by effectively managing budget allocations and optimizing development and production costs.
- Adoption Rate: Monitor the adoption rate of products by customers, indicating market fit and making informed decisions to improve product offerings.
- Analytical Expertise: Skilled in market analysis and interpreting customer needs to drive product strategy.
- Product Life-cycle Management: Proven ability to manage the life-cycle of data centre or IT infrastructure products.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using data to inform product development and strategic decisions.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of revenue models, competitive analysis, and profitability.
- Experience: 3+ years in product management or product development, ideally with experience in data centre or IT infrastructure components.
