Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Controller to support our construction sites in England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for controlling tasks, creating and maintaining work calculations, and coordinating with project management.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in civil engineering or industrial engineering, with several years of experience in project controlling, preferably on construction sites abroad. Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent English language skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting construction sites with their controlling tasks
  • Creation, control, and maintenance of work calculations in civil and structural engineering as well as road construction
  • Monthly monitoring of target-actual cost comparisons and performance trends including the creation of deviation analyses
  • Regular coordination with the project management in all essential technical and cost-related aspects
  • Support in the calculation of supplements and assistance in project analyses

Requirements:
  • Completed technical training (degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering)
  • Technical competence/knowledge of construction methods in civil and structural engineering as well as road construction
  • Several years of professional experience in project controlling, preferably on construction sites abroad
  • Very good understanding of numbers and commercial interest
  • Confident use of MS Office and Excel. Knowledge of AS4U advantageous
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • High level of commitment, dedication, and ability to work in a team
  • Reliability and very good English skills
