About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Recovery Team, providing short-term support to clients experiencing emotional distress. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and mentoring a team, with a strong focus on recovery and psychologically informed approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Recovery Navigators, providing regular supervision, mentoring, guidance and on-hand support.
  • Triage and assess referrals, working closely with partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement recovery plans, taking a holistic view of client needs and risks.
  • Provide support and de-brief sessions to the team, promoting a culture of well-being and resilience.
  • Manage risk and escalate referrals for clients requiring clinical support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working with people with mental health and complex needs, including needs and risks assessments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to direct and lead a small team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders.
  • IT proficiency and ability to use relevant software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
