Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled A&E Nurse to join our team of care professionals. As a Nurse Specialist, you will provide personalized care to our clients with complex needs, including post-operative care, medication management, and wound management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including post-operative care, medication management, and wound management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our care management team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of client care and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualified Nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Experience working in domiciliary care (desirable but not required).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or proof of being current on the Update Service).
