Job Title: A&E Night Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated A&E Night Nurse to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our emergency department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment
  • Provide total patient care, including assessment, treatment, and support
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement care plans in consultation with patients and their families
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of care
Requirements:
  • 18 months post-registration experience
  • 12 months recent ITU experience
  • 6 months experience at Band 6
  • Experience in mentoring junior staff/students
