About the Role: Kitchen Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team at a school in Coventry. As a Kitchen Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and providing excellent customer service to students and staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to meal preparation and serving activities.
  • Ensure the kitchen and dining areas meet health and safety requirements.
  • Effectively manage food storage, preparation, and waste disposal.
  • Support the Head Cook and kitchen team with daily tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The successful candidate will be committed to providing exceptional support to the kitchen team and upholding high standards of customer service.

Salary: £12,820 - £13,080 per annum

Location: Coventry (CV9)
