About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Booking Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and providing exceptional customer service to our service users and professional staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate appointments and bookings for service users, ensuring timely and efficient communication with therapists and other stakeholders.
  • Manage patient records, updating information and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, correspondence, and other tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, therapists, and other professionals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good level of education, including English Language and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in the use of computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and an understanding of health service issues.
