Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Services Administrator to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Ophthalmology team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and departments.
Key tasks will include booking appointments, answering phone calls, and providing reception cover for clinics.
Additionally, you will be responsible for cashing out clinics, liaising with clinicians and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work unsupervised, and have a flexible approach to work. They will also have a good understanding of NHS procedures and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments and managing clinic schedules
